Photographer with over 25 years of experience, specializing in stage photography and with extensive expertise in analog photography and 19th-century chemical processes. An educator of renowned prestige with a long career at top-tier schools like EFTI. Winner of the World Press Photo in 2002 and a regular collaborator with leading cultural institutions such as the Compañía Nacional de Danza, the Teatro de la Zarzuela, and the Staatsballett Berlin. Continuously evolving, now integrating new technologies like blockchain and NFTs into his educational work.

Stage Photography & International Projects
Principal Photographer for the Compañía Nacional de Danza (2000-2011). Under the artistic direction of Nacho Duato.
Photographer for the Teatro de la Zarzuela, Madrid, and the Orquesta y Coros Nacionales de España (OCNE).
Photographer for the Staatsballett Berlin (2014-2018). Again, under the direction of Nacho Duato.
Extensive documentary archive featuring work for over one hundred national and international dance and theatre companies.

Specialist in Crypto-Art & NFTs: Leads workshops and gives lectures on blockchain and its application to photographic art, including teaching in the Master in Authorial Photography at EFTI (2023-2024).
Research & Dissemination: Author of research articles on photochemical processes for the Albedomedia portal and collaborator with institutions such as the National Film Archive’s Center for the Conservation and Restoration of Audiovisual Heritage.
